On an ongoing basis and through our dedicated in-house training program, specialized education offerings include: leadership and management, financial management, safety and risk management, customer service, pool and HVAC maintenance, and much more! Hethwood team members also have access to specialized designation programs through industry affiliates including: National Apartment Leasing Professional, Certified Apartment Manager, Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technician, and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor.
